How 3 Degrees Limited collects, uses and protects personal information on odos.tech and in ODOS software.

Last updated 11 October 2026

  1. 1.Who we are

ODOS is owned and operated by 3 Degrees Limited, Room 203, Orion Complex, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles (“3 Degrees”, “we”, “us” or “our”), and licensed to Becker & Becker (Pvt) Limited in Zimbabwe. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit odos.tech, request a demo, or use any ODOS product (Command Centre, Competitions, Rigs and FDMS).

We process personal information in line with applicable data protection law, including the Seychelles Data Protection Act and the Zimbabwe Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07].

  2. 2.Information we collect

    1. 2.1Demo and contact requests. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, phone number, country, the product you are interested in and your message.

    2. 2.2Website usage. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

    3. 2.3Account information. When you or your organisation use an ODOS product, we collect the details needed to run your account, such as your name, email address, role, sign-in activity and settings.

    4. 2.4Client data. Our clients load their own operational data into ODOS, which may include their customers’, riders’, staff’s or entrants’ personal information (for example names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, orders or competition entries).

  3. 3.How we use information

    1. 3.1To respond to demo requests and enquiries, and to arrange demonstrations.

    2. 3.2To provide, operate, secure, support and improve ODOS products.

    3. 3.3To bill for subscriptions and manage our commercial relationship with clients.

    4. 3.4To send service messages such as sign-in codes, password resets, alerts and notifications that are part of the product.

    5. 3.5To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations, including fiscalisation requirements.

  4. 4.Client data and our role

For client data held in ODOS, our client is the data controller and 3 Degrees acts as a data processor on their behalf. We only process that data on our client’s instructions and to provide the service. If you are a customer of one of our clients and want to access, correct or delete your information, please contact that business directly; we will support them in responding.

  5. 5.Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run ODOS, under contracts that require them to protect it. These include cloud hosting and database providers, content delivery and security networks, email and SMS delivery providers, and payment, mapping and point-of-sale integrations that our clients choose to enable.

We may also disclose information where required by law, by a court order, or to a regulator, or to protect the rights, property or safety of 3 Degrees, our clients or others.

  6. 6.International transfers

Our service providers may store or process information outside the country where it was collected, including in the European Union and the United States. Where we transfer information internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection.

  7. 7.Retention

We keep demo and enquiry information for as long as needed to follow up and manage the relationship, and no longer than 24 months without further contact. Account and client data is kept for the life of the subscription and then deleted or returned in line with the client agreement, unless the law requires us to keep it for longer (for example, tax and fiscal records).

  8. 8.Security

We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls, per-organisation data separation, audit logging and regular backups. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

  9. 9.Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To make a request, email hello@odos.tech. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

  10. 10.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the date it was last updated.
